As a child, I watched my family operate a third generation construction company known for craftsmanship and attention to detail. In 2003, I completed my Bachelors’ Degree in Technology Education at California University of Pennsylvania (CAL-U). Upon graduating, I joined the family business and it was there that I was trained in everything from framing to finish carpentry.
After buying and selling several of my own homes, I realized how critical the home inspector was in the home buying process. With my experience in construction, degree in technology education, and passion for helping others, I founded Musselman Home Inspection.
Since starting our company in 2011, we have striven to ensure each new home buyer understands the components and systems that make up their future home. Therefore, all of our inspections are conducted in accordance with the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics (available at www.homeinspector.com). Additionally, our home inspectors are all members in good standing with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) or International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
